These terms apply when you use goyeva.com or buy a Yeva product. Placing an order means you accept them, together with the Shipping and Refund policies.

The website and the products
goyeva.com is operated by Yeva. Product pages describe nutrition products. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor.
You must be 18 or older to place an order.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the payment does not clear, or if the details provided cannot be used to deliver.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include the taxes stated on the product page. The amount you pay, including any shipping charge, is shown before you confirm payment.
Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. Their own terms apply to the payment step.
Shipping and refunds
Delivery is covered by the Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by the Refund policy. Those pages are part of these terms.
Use of the site
You may use the site to read about Yeva and to place an order. You may not misuse it, attempt to break it, or copy our product text, images, or name for your own commercial use.
The Yeva name, logo, and site content belong to Yeva.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Yeva is not liable for loss that comes from using the site or a product in a way other than as described. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
