Where we ship

We ship orders to addresses within India. We do not ship outside India unless a product page says otherwise.

Dispatch and delivery

An order is prepared after payment is confirmed. Dispatch time and the expected delivery window are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the courier. A tracking update is sent to the email or phone number given with the order once the parcel is handed to the courier.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a phone number the courier can use. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or no one was available to receive it, we will contact you about reshipping. A further shipping charge may apply.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is calculated before payment and shown on the checkout page. You will not be charged a shipping fee that was not shown before you paid.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us through the Contact page within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will trace it with the courier and either reship the product or refund it under the Refund policy.
